Renowned Indian playback singer Sonu Nigam recently gave a touching performance at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya during the Pran Pratishtha event on January 22. The event was attended by several politicians and celebrities including Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Rajinikanth, Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi, and Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal. Sonu Nigam’s performance was a part of a special musical show held at the temple. Another prominent singer, Kailash Kher, was also present at the event, although he did not perform. However, the two artists came together to greet the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath.

A viral video on the internet captured the heartwarming moment when Sonu Nigam and Kailash Kher met UP CM Yogi Adityanath outside the Ram Mandir after the consecration of Ram Lalla’s idol. Sonu Nigam was seen wearing a beige-colored kurta with matching pants and a shawl, while Kailash Kher chose a grey kurta layered with a matching jacket for the event. The ceremony at the Ram Mandir was attended by over 8,000 guests, which included several big names from the Indian film industry, such as Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit-Dr. Shriram Nene, Vicky Kaushal-Katrina Kaif, and many others.

During an interaction with the media, Sonu Nigam became emotional and teary-eyed, expressing his feelings about the event. He mentioned that it was a very emotional and joyous moment for him, and he felt fortunate to be a part of such a significant event. Before attending the event, he had expressed his happiness at being invited to be a part of the auspicious occasion.

In addition to his performance at the event, Sonu Nigam’s rendition of the “Ram Siya Ram” bhajan ahead of the main ceremony left a lasting impact on the audience.
